During our initial meeting, share with us your love story, and the ideas you have for your video. Nothing in mind yet? We've got some pre wedding phootshoot ideas for your consideration.
This would be essential for crafting the storyboard, so that every part of your vision is taken into consideration.
Step 2:
Pre Wedding Video
Confirmation
Upon paying a one-time deposit, we'll reserve your requested date(s) for the pre wedding shoot.
Just like how we do it for commercial projects, we'll confirm the specifics with you according to the storyboard, while you prepare your props/items, obtain permission for location usage necessary to your vision.
Step 3:
Completion of Pre Wedding
Video & Delivery
During the shoot, our experienced video team will take the lead and direct you in the various scenes — all you have to do is have fun on set!
After the shoot, just leave the post-production work to us while you prepare for your big day. If you'd like to use this video as an invite, let us know and we'll work with your timeline.
Frequently Asked Questions
It really depends on what concept or theme you'd like to go with, the type of scenes, number of attire changes, whether there's a need to obtain approval in advance for location/equipment usage, availability of key persons in your story, etc. Each factor affects the complexity and time required for the shoot.
A comfortable time frame for conceptualisation, planning, shooting and editing is three to four months. It's possible to have this time period shortened but this is dependent on availability, like if the shoot can be done on weekdays, outside of peak wedding periods (Oct-Feb).
For shoot day(s), if it's interview-based, set in a space you own, the least amount of time for you to set aside (or apply for leave) is half a day. Everything else would require longer amounts of time.
Some typical open-ended questions are:
a) describe how you got together as a couple - his version vs her take.
b) what first attracted you to your partner?
c) which feature is your favourite? and why?
d) what sort of arguments/disputes have you had, and how were they resolved?
e) describe three most memorable moments in your relationship together
f) what do you most appreciate about your partner?
Another fun approach would be to do the questions in a game format, with point accumulation.
It depends on the complexity level and scale of shoot. Rental of equipment/location aside (where necessary), a team of two start from $???? per day.
